Level 3 First At Work
Who's it for?
The QCF Level 7 in Management has replaced the NVQ Level 7 in Management; the qualification is the industry standard for those working in senior management or leadership, and is the equivalent to a Master's Degree. Recognised both internationally and domestically, the programme offers a series of mandatory units which provide delegates the skills and occupational competence necessary to perform a senior management role. The optional units allow delegates to customise the qualification to suit their specific sector, meaning that it is an ideal addition to the resume of any management staff in health and social care environments.
To achieve the Level 7 QCF Diploma in Stategic Management and Leadership leaders must complete a minimum of 45 credits: 16 must come from Mandatory Group A, and a further 29 credits from Optional Group B. A minimum of 35 credits must be achieved through the completion of Level 7 units.
